CE Requirements for RNs
Total Hours Required: 30 | Mandatory Hours: 3030 contact hours every licensing period. 20 contact hours may be earned through distance learning. Three hours of infection control that includes HIV, Hepatitis and TB is also required.
CE Requirements for LPNs
Total Hours Required: 21 | Mandatory Hours: 21Licensed practical nurses shall submit evidence of thirty (30) hours of continuing education (CE) activities/seminars within the renewal period. The renewal period is biennially by September 30th of odd numbered years.
