Individual Courses & State Renewal Anthologies
Nurse.com, a part of Relias, wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find that a purchased course or state renewal package does not meet your training needs, you may request a full refund or course exchange within 30 days of your date of purchase, so long as no final exams have been attempted and/or the certificates of completion have not been claimed or downloaded. Prior to attempting the final exam and/or claiming the certificate, your full purchase price will be refunded, or the course can be exchanged for another course. After the final exam has been attempted or certificate claimed, we are unable to issue a refund or course exchange due to the initiation of the accreditation process.
Nurse.com Membership
Your Nurse.com Membership may be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of purchase if you have completed no more than 3 contact hours obtained with your membership. If more than 3 contact hours have been completed during the first 30 days of your membership, then your membership can be proactively cancelled at the time of your next renewal (12 months from date of purchase). If you use the 50% discount that is part of the Standard Membership to purchase other products, and then request to cancel your membership, we will be happy to refund you the difference between your membership price and the full price of the products purchased with your discount. Course Bundles & Certification Review Courses
Course bundle and certification review course (not including Focused CE) purchases may be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase if you have completed no more than 3 of the included courses. If you find that your purchased bundle does not meet your training needs, please contact Nurse.com Support to request a refund or course exchange. Nurse.com Educational Advisors will help you select different training solutions at your request, or Support will issue a refund equal to the original purchase.
Third-Party Courses
Nurse.com has partnerships with select third-party organizations. Courses offered by Nurse.com from third-parties are disclosed within the course summaries. Refund inquiries for third-party courses should be directed to the company from which the course was purchased and transaction occurred.
Assignable Course Tokens
If you find that an assignable course token(s) purchased for a course(s), state renewal package(s), or certification test prep does not meet your training needs, you may request a full refund or course exchange within 30 days of your date of purchase, so long as no token invitation has been sent. After an invitation has been sent, tokens are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. Tokens expire 365 days after the purchase date. Once a token is redeemed by the assignee, they have 365 days from the date of enrollment (the day they redeem the token for the course) to complete the course.
Can we cancel 7 or 10 tokens?
Once tokens have been sent, they become non-refundable.
Users may purchase individual courses, packages, or certification reviews as tokens through the website and assign those course tokens to others. Tokens must be purchased and assigned via the website, as token purchasing and assignment are not yet available in the mobile app. After purchase, tokens may be managed from the user’s profile, where purchasers can send token invitations, track remaining tokens, and view the redemption status of the tokens they have sent. Tokens expire 365 days after purchase, and once redeemed, learners must complete the course within 365 days of the date the token is redeemed, and the learner is enrolled in the course (“Enrollment Date”). Invited learners must redeem tokens on the website by logging into an existing account or creating a new one; once redeemed, learners may access their course on both the website and the mobile app, and the course will remain available for 365 days from the Enrollment Date. Upon successful course completion, which requires a score of 80% or higher on the exam and completion of the course evaluation, learners may immediately download or print a certificate of completion. Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of purchase only if no token invitation has been sent for the applicable token(s); once an invitation is sent, the applicable tokens are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. For purposes of this section, a “token invitation” is deemed sent when the purchaser initiates assignment of the token through the website.
