Individual Courses & State Renewal Anthologies
Nurse.com from Relias wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find that a purchased course or state renewal anthology does not meet your training needs, you may request a full refund or course exchange within 30 days of your date of purchase, so long as the final exam has not been attempted and/or the certificate of completion has not been claimed or downloaded. Prior to attempting the final exam and/or claiming the certificate, your full purchase price will be refunded, or the course can be exchanged for another course. After the final exam has been attempted or certificate claimed, we are unable to issue a refund or course exchange due to the initiation of the accreditation process.
Unlimited CE Membership
Your Nurse.com Unlimited CE Membership may be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of purchase if you have completed no more than 3 courses obtained with your membership. If more than 3 courses have been completed during the first 30 days of your membership, then your membership can be proactively cancelled at the time of your next renewal (12 months from date of purchase). Please contact Nurse.com Customer Support for assistance with membership renewal cancellations.
Course Bundles & Certification Review Courses
Course bundle and certification review course (not including Focused CE) purchases may be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase if you have completed no more than 3 of the included courses. If you find that your purchased bundle does not meet your training needs, please contact Nurse.com Customer Support to request a refund or course exchange. Nurse.com Educational Advisors will help you select different training solutions at your request, or Support will issue a refund equal to the original purchase.
Focused CE Series
Cancellation of your registration for a Focused CE Series must be received in writing, and phone cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations received four weeks prior to the start date of the series will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after four weeks and up to seven days prior to the start of the series will be assessed a $50 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Cancellations received within seven days of the start date or “no shows” will not receive a refund. If the series you registered for is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Nurse.com has partnerships with select third-party organizations. Courses offered by Nurse.com from third-parties are disclosed within the course summaries. Refund inquiries for third-party courses should be directed to the company from which the course was purchased and transaction occurred.
