Refund Policy

Individual Courses

Refund requests must be received in writing or via e-mail by OnCourse Learning Healthcare within 7 business days of the date of purchase. Due to constant changes in course content, no refunds will be issued after 7 business days of the date of purchase. Students requesting a refund after the 7-day refund period can receive a credit equal to the same dollar amount of the original purchase to use toward the purchase of a future course. No refunds or credits will be issued if a student has logged into the course. No refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months of issue date.

Unlimited CE Membership

Third-Party Courses

Nurse.com has partnerships with select third-party organizations. Courses offered by Nurse.com from third-parties are disclosed within the course summaries. Refund inquiries for third-party courses should be directed to the company from which the course was purchased and transaction occurred.
