CE Requirements for RNs
Total Hours Required: 30 | Elective Hours: 30 | Renewal Cycle in Years: 2For relicensure, RNs and LPNs must have completed 30 hours of nursing-related continuing education in the previous 24 months, and must have completed the state-required bioterrorism course.
Also, all licensee holders (RNs, LPNs, APRNs, CRNAs) must complete one or more courses of instruction that provide at least 2 hours of continuing education (CEs/CEUs) relating to cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
