Goals and Learning Outcomes

Knowledge, expertise, and familiarity with the various drugs used to treat anxiety disorders are fundamental for proper treatment and patient safety. It is necessary that pharmacists properly monitor for commonly serious adverse effects of medications. They can also play a vital role in education and help provide counseling tips and recommendations for selecting an optimal medication based on patient-specific factors.
