Goals and Learning Outcomes

 

The purpose of this course is to equip attendees with the tools to develop SMART goals, interventions, evaluations, and to modify behaviors which will create habits that will reduce or prevent burnout. This is the second course of a 3-part series. Attendees will use the assessment from the previous course to create an intervention, set goals, learn habit creation and how to evaluate their plan.

After taking this course, you should be able to:

  • Define SMART goals and their importance in reducing burnout and achieving goals.
  • Create SMART goals for individual components of your life.
  • Plan interviews using habit creation/planning/burnout strategies and SMART goals.
  • Create an evaluation plan to assess progress towards SMART goals.
