Learners go through a multiple week course with the same small group of peers, so they can share practices and questions together in a blended learning experience from wherever they live or work. Between webinar sessions, learners complete independent online study modules to reinforce and apply their new knowledge and prepare for the next session.

She is a frequent lecturer on issues of nursing leadership, nursing retention, mentoring and nursing certification preparation.
Susan Paschke, MSN, RN, AMB-BC, RN-BC is a nursing leader, registered nurse, administrator and quality management specialist with thirty years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings. Her experience includes progressive leadership roles and accomplishments in clinical, quality and managerial aspects if nursing and operation in the inpatient, ambulatory and home care settings. She was also a past president of the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing.
