I am working on my resume as I attempt to re-enter nursing. Should I list that I am a Reiki Master practitioner on my resume? I want to work in a level 2 nursery or NICU.

Yes, absolutely include that. It is something interesting about you and very relevant, regardless of where you are applying. There's no reason to conceal that.
