Today’s nurses aren’t just responding to change—they’re driving it. From reimagining care delivery to designing enhanced workflows and technology, nurses are shaping the future of healthcare in real time. Join us as we explore how innovation grows from the everyday practice of nursing, where curiosity sparks change and ideas turn into impact.

We will explore how to cultivate a mindset that turns observation into opportunity, harness collaboration to move ideas forward, and build sustainable improvements that elevate care for patients and teams alike. Learn about real examples of nurse-led innovation that illustrate how curiosity, critical thinking, and compassion can spark breakthroughs that transform practice.
