How It Works
Step 1: Purchase Tokens
Browse our course library to find individual courses, packages, and certification test prep that support your training goals. Add your selections to the cart, enable the “Assign to Others” toggle, choose your quantity, and complete checkout.
Step 2: Distribute Tokens
After purchase, you can manage and assign your tokens from the Tokens page, located in the left-hand navigation of your profile. From there, you can email course invitations to learners, track remaining tokens, and see which learners have redeemed their tokens.
Tokens are available for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Step 3: Learners Redeem & Enroll
Invited learners receive an email from Nurse.com with simple instructions to enroll. They can log in to an existing account or create a new one to get started right away.
After a token is redeemed, the course remains available in the learner’s account for 365 days from the enrollment date, i.e., the date of token redemption.
Step 4: Course Completion & Reporting
Once learners successfully complete a course—by earning a score of 80% or higher on the exam and completing the evaluation—they can immediately print or download their certificate of completion.
