About Jennifer

 Jennifer Crowley, BSN, RN, CLCP, CADDCT, CDP, CMC, is a Certified Life Care Planner, Certified Care Manager, and Certified Dementia Trainer and Practitioner. Jennifer is owner and founder of Eagleview West, a life care management and consulting company in Montana. She is author of “7 Steps to Long-Term Care Planning” and "The Life Care Management Handbook". She also co-founded The Life Care Management Institute, to help care managers start and manage a successful care practice. Crowley worked for several years in critical care nursing and served as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Papua New Guinea.
