Below is a response to #4, What place do you identify with? in SECTION THREE, “Realization,” of the Writing From Within: A Journey of Healing and Empowerment e-workbook.
If I were the fire, I would light up darkness in the dying patient’s room. I would burn off disease and seal off unclosed wounds. I would fire up the cold feeling patients complaining even after warm blankets are applied. If I were the fire, I would not burn when walking through dark times myself.
