In this role, you will:
• Collaborate with senior nursing leadership to establish departmental goals, develop policies and standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance requirements.
• Lead staff development initiatives by assessing educational needs, coordinating orientation and training programs, and supporting implementation of new clinical procedures, equipment, and technologies.
• Oversee quality improvement and operational effectiveness by identifying CQI projects, analyzing performance data, resolving departmental issues, and ensuring timely complaint resolution.
• Support recruitment, supervision, performance management, and professional development of clinical leadership and nursing staff.
• Assist in managing departmental operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, equipment and facility maintenance, and ensuring a safe, efficient environment for patients and staff.

We require:
• BSN Degree
• 5 years of Clinical L&D experience
• 2 years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Team Leader)
• BCLS, ACLS, NRP
• Specialty certification
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee and advance nursing practice and lead patient care operations
• Flexible with time, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Salary: $136,708.00 - $150,000/year. We offer an excellent benefits package, including a 403(b) retirement plan.
