About your facility: Use this section to promote your organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality maternal and reproductive healthcare. Mention any awards, accreditations (like Baby-Friendly designation), or clinical outcomes you’re proud of. Highlight what makes your environment supportive for midwifery-led care. Role and responsibilities: Provide a detailed list of day-to-day duties to help CNMs determine if the role is a good fit. Use bullet points to improve clarity.
