I took a CE test and my certificate will not print. What should I do?
After successfully taking the test with a score of 75% or greater, your course will automatically move to the “My transcripts” page. To view your transcript, click on the button next to the title to view your certificate and print it. You can email, print, or view the certificate as a PDF. For our Unlimited CE members or other registered users, your transcript can be accessed two ways after logging on. · Click on the education tab, then click My Transcript, or · Click on Account in the upper right corner of the page If you need additional assistance, please contact our Continuing Education office at (800)866-0919.
Why can't I log on to the account given to me by my employer?
Please make sure you are going to the correct url. To log in to your employer-sponsored CE Direct account visit https://cedirect.continuingeducation.com. What is the difference between an Unlimited CE account and a registered user account?
Anyone can sign up for a registered user account on our website for free. This account will store your personal information so you don't have to re-enter it each time you take a test. In addition, an account makes it easier for you to locate tests taken while logged into your account with an easily accessible transcript. There is no fee and no expiration date to a registered user account. To sign-up, click on Register on the top right side of the page at Nurse.com. Unlimited CE does not include free or discounted access to Focused CE courses or self-paced certification review courses. Any registered user may sign up for an Unlimited CE account for only $49.95 for one year. With a one-year Unlimited CE account, all online courses 1.5 contact hours or less and all state-specific mandatory modules are free. All other online courses 1.5 contact hours or more are 50% off.
I have a gift card, how do I login in to use it on your site?
You can enter your gift card under "apply gift card" during checkout or in the gift card section of your client dashboard.
May I use your continuing education courses to renew my license?
We have a providership through the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation, ANCC (the accrediting arm of the ANA). Every state will accept our self-study continuing education courses for the renewal of license for nurses. For complete provider information, go to Nurse.com and click on Accreditation at the bottom of the page. Relias continuing education (CE) contact hours are generally accepted by most professional nursing organizations. Relias has made substantial efforts to obtain appropriate providerships for CE offerings. However, Relias does not warrant that all professional organizations or licensing authorities will accept its CE contact hours. If in doubt, nurses are advised to contact their professional organizations or licensing authorities to confirm their acceptance of these contact hours.
I am not an RN (or I’m not yet licensed). May I take your tests?
Yes, you can take continuing education courses on our website regardless of the status of your licensure. To complete the test, please do not leave the license number field blank. We are not verifying your licensure information so any data will suffice. If you are a licensed professional in another field, enter that information. If you have not yet received your license, a suggestion may be to enter “pending” or “student.” Make sure to pick values from the drop down menus for the license type and license state as well.

I am trying to create a user account but it won’t accept my username?
All user accounts for Nurse.com now use your email address only. Please enter your email address with the password you previously used to sign on to Nurse.com.

After I have completed and passed a course, am I certified in this area?
When you complete an Relias CE course, you receive a certificate showing how many contact hours earned after completing a test and the applicable survey, if required. A 'certification' is different. It generally occurs either after attending a seminar teaching hands-on skills, passing a certification exam or after fulfilling the requirements set out by a national organization that offers certification in certain specialty areas.
