Job Details:	Certification Required Licensure Required Experience is required The Clinical Nurse independently provides patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation from admission through transfer or discharge. The Clinical Nurse works with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, high quality patient care and safety. The Clinical Nurse provides competent patient care and can be utilized as a resource to other nurses. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam. Must possess one (1) year experience of current clinical experience. Must obtain 20 CEUs per year. Fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange. BSN preferred. Must possess a State of Maryland RN license. CPR-Healthcare Provider Level certification required.
