High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum three years experience in clinical setting. Previous management experience required
Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
Knowledge of common management practices and human resource management techniques
Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements
Knowledge of computer, systems, and EMR applications
Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, and decision-making
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports
Ability to function in a leadership role influencing medical and administrative staff
Ability to delegate responsibility and authority to staff
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, providers, patients and families
Ability to actively participate in a team environment
Ability to project a pleasant and professional image
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration or equivalent work experience
