The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist provides anesthesia services for surgical, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to the patients of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The CRNA is an integral part of the MDA/CRNA Anesthesia Care Team. CRNA'S involvement in providing anesthesia services includes pre-anesthesia preparation and evaluation, anesthesia induction, maintenance and emergence and post anesthesia care. The CRNA also provides clinical support services, administrative services and educational support outside the operating room. There are also anesthesia research opportunities available for those interested.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
