The Coordinator - Clinical Transplants coordinates the pre-transplant evaluation of patients from acceptance to admission and their donors from selection to collection. Coordinates the search and identification of appropriate donors for patients needing a bone marrow transplants. Assists BMT-CT staff with data collection. Coordinates and develops educational materials and programs. Position has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Nursing Executive/CNO. Coordinates with supervisor and Nursing Executive/CNO to ensure consistent institution-wide compliance with standards of nursing practice.
