Position Description
Cath Lab - Tier 1 Pool
Provides professional nursing care to patients during the cardiac catheterization procedure. Performs the role of either scrub nurse or circulation nurse assessing patient status, maintaining a safe care environment, managing equipment use and delegates/directs care provided by cardiovascular technologists, nursing assistants and other assistive personnel.
Cath Lab RN experience required.
Current PA RN License required.
BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
Successful completion of Critical Care Course.
POOL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be currently licensed as a Professional Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- Candidate must have at least two current years of professional nursing in the area they wish to be scheduled.
