Job Description : Heritage Care Nursing Care Center is a 145 bed skilled nursing center. We currently have an opportunity for an experience Unit Nurse Manager for our Dementia Unit.

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for the Homestead Unit. This is a 40 bed dementia unit. As the Nurse Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses to provide quality care to each resident. Experience in long term care and management is preferred.

To function at a professional nursing level using both administrative leadership and clinical expertise in order to assure that comprehensive care and treatment is rendered to customer population, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the design, implementation and evaluation of various programs within the unit.


NUMD

Qualifications : Massachusetts Nursing License
At least 3 yrs of experience in long term care/Dementia
BSN and 2 yrs of experience in Skilled Nursing
Successful completion of experience in leadership (i.e. head nurse, supervisor, etc.) for a minimum of one year.
