Job Description : Heritage Hall East, a 123 bed skilled nursing facility located in Agawam, MA, is currently interviewing RNs for a Charge Nurse position on 11p to 7a. This is a full-time position (37.7 hours) on their Transitional Care Unit (TCU).

As a Registered Nurse / RN at Genesis HealthCare, you will:
•Use your physical assessment skills and mastery of fine nursing principles to manage a range of acute-care and rehabilitation patients
•Develop and implement individualized care plans for your patients
•Assist with orientation and supervision of nursing staff




Qualifications : Registered Nurse / RN Requirements:

•Current license for the state in which you are applying

•Some supervisory experience highly desirable
