Aunt Martha's Health Network is currently searching for an experienced RN for Clinic Coordinator role at our Chicago Heights Health Center.  We operate multiple FQHC’s (federally qualified health centers) and are seeking experienced RN to manage and maintain the staff and day-to-day operations the clinic.   • Must be a Registered Nurse with supervisory experience preferably in an outpatient setting.  
  • Outpatient Only
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic and supervises clinic staff
  • Provides direct patient care, patient education and referrals as instructed by physician and protocols
  • Maintains client records, ensuring that all necessary documents are filed in the appropriate location in a timely manner
  • Provides telephone triage as indicated
  • Call in medications orders as instructed by physician and protocols
  • Assists the Physician / Nurse Practitioner as required
  • Provides lab services per physician's orders
  • Provides follow-up of abnormal tests
  • Coordinates client referrals when necessary
  • Observes agency's safety guidelines as pertaining to infectious control and hazardous waste
  • Provides health education to clients in the clinic

Job Requirements  

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with 2 years supervisory experience preferably in an outpatient setting.
    Certification in CPR.
  • Current driver’s license
  • Current auto insurance
  • Ability to work late evenings
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Current RN license in good standing in the state of Illinois

Skills
