Facilitates excellence in clinical practice through the development of associates within the Emergency Department. Provides educational opportunities for associates, influences changes and advancement in clinical practice. Develops methods for managing the continuum of care for patient populations served. Interacts with Mangers system-wide to identify and resolve care issues relative to the area of specialty. | |||||||||||||||
| Job Qualifications: | |||||||||||||||
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Ability to read and communicate in the English language. Three or more years in an ER, Trauma or urgent care specialty, with Masters of Nursing. Current NJ RN license. National certification in specialty preferred. Strong written/oral communication skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Advanced knowledge of growth and development with ability to provide age appropriate care. Problem solving skills a must. Able to work effectively and motivate others. | |||||||||||||||
