Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and possess comprehensive understanding of clinical operations and the quality indicators and measures in an inpatient setting. Direct participation in successful DOH surveys plus a proven track record of delivering high quality care and while meeting regulatory compliance is essential. Minimum of 5-7 years nursing management experience, Electronic Medical Record and skilled nursing facility experience is preferred.
NYS Registered Nurse and bachelors degree is required. Masters Degree preferred.
