Description
The Clinical Nurse II independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Is responsible for professional accountability and development.
Qualifications
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: BLS (Basic Life Support) REQUIRED EDUCATION: ASN or Nursing Diploma REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: One year acute care experience REQUIRED LICENSURE: FL RN License PREFERRED EDUCATION: BSN PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: One year preceptor and one year charge experience OTHER SPECIFIC SKILLS: Interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, computer skills appropriate to position
