Description The Clinical Nurse II independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Is responsible for professional accountability and development. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION:  Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing, PREFERRED ENDUCATION:  Bachelors Degree   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:    One year Acute PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  Psych, One year Precp, one year Charge   REQUIRED LICENSURE:  State of Florida RN License   REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:  BLS, ACLS-If Required by Unit   SPECIFIC SKILLS:  Interpersonal Skills, Critical thinking, Skills as identified on Pay for Skills grid.
