Aunt Martha's Health Network is currently seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner who would love to provide family planning services at our Danville clinic part-time.  We operate 15 Federally Qualified Health Centers throughout the State of Illinois.  If you are looking to work in a community health environment, Aunt Martha's is the place for you!

  • Provision of routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising physician.
  • Diagnosis and treatment of medical problems at health centers as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising physician.
  • Provide Family Planning services as requested according to protocol.
  • Provide prenatal services as requested according to protocol.
  • Refer patients to physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
  • Prescribe medications including "verbal orders" excluding controlled substances as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising physician.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement projects

Job Requirements  

  • Advanced practice nursing license.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Certification in CPR.
  • Ability to work evenings.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Current APN license in good standing in the state of Illinois.
