Aunt Martha's Health Network is currently seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner who would love to provide family planning services at our Danville clinic part-time. - Provision of routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising physician.
- Diagnosis and treatment of medical problems at health centers as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising physician.
- Provide Family Planning services as requested according to protocol.
- Provide prenatal services as requested according to protocol.
- Refer patients to physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
- Prescribe medications including "verbal orders" excluding controlled substances as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising physician.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects

Job Requirements
- Advanced practice nursing license.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Certification in CPR.
- Ability to work evenings.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Current APN license in good standing in the state of Illinois.
