Full time position available (80 hrs. biwkly. - day shift) for Transplant Quality and Compliance Manager to be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of transplant care provided at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital as well as ensuring regulatory compliance with UNOS, OPTN, CMS, and Joint Commission standards. This position includes effective policy administration, careful evaluation of compliance standards, and the use of change management and performance improvement strategies. The Transplant Quality and Compliance Manager will monitor and manage internal regulatory audits and perform chart audits as necessary, monitor changes to UNOS, OPTN, CMS, and JC regulations, ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting to the OPTN, promote best practice standards, coordinate and implement quality initiatives in conjunction with the Performance Improvement Department and lead the preparation for all on-site regulatory surveys and develop all action plans resulting from any site survey.
