Day to day working on all equipment inside and outside of the hospital. Includes air handlers, AC units, exhaust fans, return air fans , all pumps, chillers and associated equipment, cooling towers, fan coil units, and many many more. Must have an electrical background and skills needed to work on these types of equipment. All work must be tracked via paperwork in full detail. All other duties and tasks as assigned.

HS Diploma/Trade School, minimum 5 years trade experience.
