We are seeking an experienced Nurse Administrator Manager to oversee multiple clinics. Traveling to clinics in a designated region, the Nursing Manager provides onsite supervision, feedback and training to multiple clinics and supervises their Clinic Coordinators. The RN Nurse Administrator travels to and provides onsite supervision, feedback and training to multiple clinics and their Clinic Coordinators to promote excellent quality care, positive customer service, maintenance of an efficient and safe environment of care. Coordinates performance improvement efforts related to Health Center systems. Assists Clinic Coordinators with budget management for their individual sites. Serves as a liaison between providers and Clinic Coordinators. Coordinates and monitors Joint Commission compliance including CLIA inspections, proficiency testing and quality control in cooperation with the Medical Director.

Leadership style should coach /mentor staff to achieve organizational goals and challenge staff to achieve excellence through role modeling.Interacts with Senior Health Leadership Team members . Represents and promotes Aunt Martha’s Health Center during interactions with funders, vendors, and community partners.

Supervision:

•Provides the direct supervision for designated Clinic Coordinators.
•Provides oversight to Clinic Coordinators’ function of analyzing appropriate staff mix, patient scheduling, and work to support patient needs and financial viability for each site.
•Integrates information and data to change processes within the Health Center.
• Implements systems improvements to decrease patient cycle times and staff down time and increase revenue.
•Facilitates the training and development of Clinic Coordinators. Including goal setting, monitoring ongoing performance and completing written performance evaluations. Addresses performance issues consistently and equitably.
•Uses quality improvement practices and data driven problem solving methods to improve, develop and maintain Health Center systems and procedures.
•Ensures that Health Center staff is informed of the on-going financial status of the Health Center as well as policy and procedure changes within the organization through regular staff meetings.

Quality Improvement:

• Uses quality improvement practices and data driven problem solving methods to improve, develop and maintain Health Center systems and procedures.

Health Center Operations:


•Has responsibility for monitoring Health Center productivity and reports this information to the Management Team; determines solutions and implements them to improve productivity as needed.
•Facilitates cooperative and collaborative community and agency relationships, including identifying, developing and maintaining volunteer opportunities. May coordinate externships or other practical student experiences for various health care training programs: coordinates with training directors to schedule student time and establish and maintain expectations between the practice, the school and students. Ensures appropriate supervision is provided to students.

Skills

•Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years related experience including supervising staff, administration , management expertise. •Bachelors Degree Required, Masters degree preferred. •local travel required •Current Driver's licence •Current Auto Insurance •Current RN Licence in good standing in Illinois •CPR
