Total Administrative responsibility for operations in a hospital based Radiation Oncology Department which includes three separate locations, Camden, Voorhees & Mt. Laurel (Cyberknife).  Oversee staff and strategic goals of a rapidly growing department.  Oversee technical/Hospital side and professional (physician) group issues.  Exellent verbal and written communication skills required. 

MBA or MS required.  3-5 years upper level management.  Oncology experience strongly preferred.
