The successful nurse manager candidate will be able to create an environment of trust, caring, safety and excellence in patient care; identify, lead or support process and operational improvements; embrace collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams; contribute to advancing the profession of nursing; and maintain an awareness of current and future trends in psychiatry.
Requirements for this position include:
• MSN required
• 3-5 years in child/adolescent psychiatry
• Successful management experience that includes budgetary and staffing experience
