Full Time Registered Nurse needed to work Monday through Friday in an Employer Sponsered on-site occupational health / urgent care setting.  Hours are 8pm to 4am

Cerner Health Connections falls under the Employer Services group which has provided high quality care delivery to our own associates for over five years which includes a robust quality management program and AAAHC accreditation.  We utilize many of our own healthcare software solutions to not only to provide healthcare, but to measure, monitor, and improve care delivery.  CHC currently operates more than 25 clinics throughout United States, including clients such as Deffenbaugh, Toyota, Frito-Lay, Campbell’s Soup, Dr Pepper and many other companies.  CHC services combine the strength of Cerner’s technology innovation with over 30 years of experience and knowledge working with healthcare providers around the world. This particular position providing medical services to the employees of Allvac in Monroe, NC

Perform clinical duties within the scope of professional license to provide treatment to persons presenting with injury or illness.
Conduct case management to ensure appropriate, prompt care and safe return to work for injured employees.
Refer cases to off-site providers as appropriate and conduct aggressive follow up on the result.
Conduct OSHA surveillance testing and drug screening sample collection as specified.
Evaluate and coordinate ergonomics as appropriate for the work environment.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
 
Nursing degree and a current and active RN license in the state of North Carolina
Three years occupational health experience, emergency, or critical care nursing
Knowledge of workers' compensation, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA recordkeeping
Exceptional time management and communication skills
Ability to work as a team and collaborate with a variety of individuals
Proficiency with computer and desktop software
