Clinical Manager-MHW/MHP & MHM 3W Oncology Memorial Hospital West
Under the guidance and supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of clinical and operational activities of a unit in the department of Medical/Surgical/Oncology for a designated shift. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the supervision and support of the professional and support staff in providing patient care.
Experience:
Several years experience in medical/surgical, Fla RN license, ACLS and BLS required. Oncology experience helpful. Team leader/charge resource experience preferred. Management experience and excellent customer service skills.
