In this role you will provide skilled nursing/ patient education in the home according to Alere’s policy and procedure. Experienced OB RN’s can provide education, equipment instruction, nursing care, and care coordination to high risk OB patients in their homes. Individualize patient assessments based upon care/services provided and patient need. This is a full-time position, based in the Akron, OH area.
Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following:<p>• RN with current, unrestricted state nursing license. BSN preferred. • 3+ years of experience in perinatal nursing (labor and delivery, antepartum testing, patient perinatal teaching)or minimum state qualifications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills required. • Ability to work autonomously. • Valid driver’s license • Strong assessment and interpersonal skills.
