Manager, Critical Care
Carondelet Health Network (CHN), with our “Mission to Heal”, is Southern Arizona’s leading healthcare provider, serving our community of 1.3 million residents. CHN is located in beautiful Tucson, Arizona and is comprised of four acute-care hospitals, an ambulatory surgery center, numerous outpatient/ imaging centers, as well as, specialty and primary care physician offices.
We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Manager, Critical Care for our St. Mary’s Hospital location.
The chosen candidate for this position will be accountable for all aspects of development, management, and financial success of the Critical Care Department. This is a highly visible position that requires interaction and effective communication at all levels within the organization and the community.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors in nursing, healthcare, business, public administration or management
- Current Arizona RN license
- 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare experience
- 5 years of progressive management or business experience
- Skilled in team building, systems thinking, complex problem solving, negotiating and influencing change.
- Knowledge of current healthcare trends, quality improvement principles, strategic planning, and regulatory requirements.
