JOIN US NOW- as we are seeking a dedicated professional RN to manage our ICU and CVICU departments. The canidate will provide leadership and direction to nursing personnel in accordance with nursing and administrative policies. Will be accountable for department on a 24-hour basis. Will effectively functions as a resource person and role model to staff for clinical and leadership issues. The MEDICAL / SURGICAL ICU unit at Chandler Regional Medical Center provides quality care to the highest acuity of our patient population in the East Valley. The unit is staffed 24/7 by certified intensivists who are deeply involved in quality outcomes. With the expertise of our qualified staff our unit provides the latest medical advances to better patient outcomes, increase quality, and decrease length of stay. We are committed to the highest level of patient satisfaction and encourage family participation in individualizing our patient care goals. The CARDIOVASCULAR ICU unit at Chandler Regional Medical Center provides quality care to the highest acuity of our patient population in the East Valley. We are committed to our unit-based Shared Governance model, the highest level of patient satisfaction, and our commitment to excellence. We encourage family participation in individualizing our patient care goals. Our unit is dedicated to adult cardiac, vascular, and thoracic post surgical patients. We feature self-scheduling, 12-hour shifts, and a nurse patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. Our unit is fast paced and our staff is empowered with unit-based Shared Governance. This position is critical to the success of Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Catholic Healthcare West. Minimum Requirements: Two (2) years Critical Care experience and three (3) years management/supervisory experience BSN Current AZ RN license Current BLS Healthcare Provider Current ACLS Provider Card. Prefered: Master's Degree Previous
