SUPERVISOR, NURSING Tracking Code 5042 Job Description Works in partnership with the Director of Patient Care to ensure quality and efficiency in the management of patient care. This includes the management and development of nursing staff. Contributes to operations management of assigned business unit(s). Participates in budget planning and management. Takes proactive initiative in quality management. Basic Qualifications (Required):Current California RN license.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent outpatient experience preferred. Knowledge of basic budgeting/financial process, FTE control, and inventory.
