Position Responsibilities:Responsible for the development, coordination, promotion, execution and presentation of Maternal-Child Health Education programs, health screenings and special events for the community utilizing the most up to date evidenced based clinical information. Acts to facilitate mother and families to make informed infant feeding choices, while initiating and maintaining lactation and enhancing maternal role satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited school of Nursing
- Must posses a current Nursing license in state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years Nursing and Education experience required.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills required.
- Certification in Childbirth Education required.
- CPR certificate is required.
