The Lead Coordinator-Clinical Transplant provides leadership and supervision to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's stem cell transplant service. Serves as a primary contact to the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP). Coordinates outside referrals for transplant coordination by communicating with referring physicians and families. Serves as a liaison with managed care, FACT, and other agencies who require information on transplant service functions. Coordinates the clinical aspects of care for transplant patients, including data collection, form submission and repository tissue/blood samples.
