St. Jude Children's Research Hospital currently has openings for a Scheduler (Job Number 20792).
An entry level position, the Scheduler operates under the direct supervision of the Patient Scheduling Coordinator. Creates and coordinates a patient schedule that maximizes hospital resources, streamlines the patient's time on campus, and ensures that patients receive clinically appropriate schedules. Schedules patients via phone or in person correctly and in a timely manner. Maintains a professional image and provides appropriate customer service at all times. Functions as a resource person for patients, families and/or significant others.
WORK SCHEDULE: Four (4) ten (10) hour shifts per week; some evenings till 8 P.M., Occasional weekend days
