Currently, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital has an opening for a Coordinator, Clinical Trials.gov Registry (Job Number 18200).

The Coordinator Clinical Trials.gov Registry in the Clinical Trials Administration department manages day-to-day operations and system applications associated with Clinical Trials.gov (CTG) and NCI's Clinical Trial Reporting Program (CTRP) reporting. Utilize clinical research and project management expertise to work with Investigators, Sub-Investigators and Statisticians to monitor the timely analysis and reporting of results to CTG and CTRP. Review new clinical research protocols, draft study registrations, document objectives and determine data reporting timelines and document changes during the life cycle of the study. Evaluate and maintain data systems and determines requirements for the development of internal and external systems to satisfy reporting requirements. Train and advise faculty and staff in the requirements of CTG and CTRP reporting programs. Maintain an awareness and understanding of regulatory changes, technological advances, clinical and research processes and clinical research conduct.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing preferred. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trials, nursing, or related field which includes 2 years of experience in clinical database / system applications support and /or development.
