St. Jude Children's Research Hospital currently has an opening for a Transplant Quality Specialist - Oncology (Job Number 18718).

The Transplant Quality Specialist assists the Transplant Quality Management Officer and the Transplant Quality Coordinator with quality management and quality improvement initiatives in the medical care for patients and donors of transplant services. Assist in the maintenance of the standard operating procedures (SOP) within the clinical transplant program. Work closely with the Transplant Quality Coordinator, physicians, nurses and staff of the program and institution to conduct ongoing quality assurance and quality improvement within the department. Assist in maintaining competencies, licensure, and continuing medical education documentation.

Schedule: 24 hours per week

Requirements:

  • RN Required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in bone marrow transplantation required.
  • Quality assurance / improvement experience preferred.
  • Possess a current Tennessee State Board of Nursing license if primary residence is Tennessee or a Nurse Licensure Non-Compact state.
  • Possess a current State Board of Nursing license in the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
