Clinical Research Associate - RN-I

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, located in Memphis, Tennessee, is a premier center for research and treatment of potentially fatal childhood diseases, including cancer and certain blood, genetic, and immunodeficiency disorders.
Currently, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital has an opening for a Clinical Research Associate-RN-I (Job Number 18177).
The Clinical Research Associate RN-I, in the Cancer Center Administration-Solid Malignancies Division, operates under general supervision. The CRA RN-I performs data abstraction, collection, and entry to support clinical research. The selected candidate will prepare submission for all reportable events; Develop, maintain, and/or monitor case report forms; Ensure compliance with prescribed interventions and evaluations of the assigned protocol(s); Provide data to the collaborating research organization or study sponsor; Prepare data reports and provide patient care, education, and management.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a school of nursing is required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 2 years of clinical and/or research experience required; Clinical research experience preferred.
LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a current Tennessee State Board of Nursing license if primary residence is Tennessee or a Nurse Licensure Non-Compact state.
- Must possess a current State Board of Nursing license in the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
OTHER CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Certification in clinical research from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) or the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) must be obtained within 3 years of assuming the position.
