Job Description:
OD - Nurse Clinician, Organizational Development - Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the selected candidate will facilitate the education and developmental needs of the staff. This position will directly support 2 Medical/Surgical Units and 2 Telemetry Units.
Experience:
A current FL RN license and BLS and ACLS Instructor certification required. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in nursing specialty along with a Bachelor's degree/BSN required; MSN preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach adult learners at all levels and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
