Description:Maxim Healthcare’s Spring, TX office is seeking qualified RNs and LVNs for Homecare cases in the Conroe, Montgomery, The Woodlands, Cleveland, Spring, and Willis, TX areas. At this time we have all shifts available seven days per week on a Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem schedules. We are seeking compassionate nurses to provide care for pediatric and adult patients. Our patients range in ages from 4 year old to 55 years of age. We have immediate needs for:
- 4 year old requiring full-time days and nights
- 7 year old requiring two day shifts each week, 12 hours per shift
- 12 year old requiring Monday-Friday, full-time days, 7am — 5pm
- 55 year old with ALS requiring full-time hours, days and nights
While Maxim encourages all nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience to apply, ideal candidates for these positions should preferably have at least 6 months prior experience with Ventilator, Trach and G-Tube Care and Pediatrica or Adult Care. We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work within our clients’ homes providing direct patient care. Working with the physician, Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim RN / LVN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities.

Qualifications:Qualifications

- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required with home health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements
- Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
- Reliable transportation
