In the role of Assistant Nurse Manger, you will assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient care outcomes on the night shift in our Labor & Delivery unit.  You will lead and manage the work performance of patient care personnel in attaining patient care goals and quality care outcomes.  This position will assist the Nurse Manager in executing performance improvement initiatives, ensuring system efficiency and appropriately utilizing resources within budgetary constraints. You will be responsible for maintaining the Service Excellence standard within our organization.

• Current NY state licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in Labor & Delivery required
• BSN required
• BLS, NRP required
