· This non-paid position entails volunteering in the Nutrition Services department helping out in various areas including but not limited to: tray passing, trap preparation, tray pick-up, late-tray delivery, assisting in the employee cafeteria in various roles, office work including filing, faxing, telephone, projects as appropriate, errands, and more. Individuals interested in the culinary arts will gain first hand knowledge of the behind the scenes action of a nutrition department. This volunteer will work along side registered dieticians, chefs, caterers, the nutrition management team and the dedicated nutrition staff. The volunteer who will serve in this role must be professional, reliable, mature and flexible to meet the needs of this busy department and will gain knowledge of and exposure to a nutrition department.
