Job Description: 
Assists physicians and provides care to patients undergoing non-invasive cardiac testing:  Transesophageal echocardiograms, exercise/pharmacological echocardiograms exams and exercise/pharmacological and Nuclear exams
   Identifies subtle changes in patient status and anticipates potential events.
*   Initiates timely interventions to prevent, correct, or minimize risks to the patient.
*   Assumes accountability for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of care.
*   Identifies emergent situations and initiates resuscitation measures as warranted
*   Manages conscious sedation in adult and pediatric patients
 
Job Qualifications: 
Critical Care experience preferred, ACLS certification. Ability to:    Work closely with cardiologists, perform/read 12 lead EKG, identify subtle changes in patient status and anticipates potential events, initiates timely interventions to prevent, correct, or minimize risks to the patient, assumes accountability for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of care, identifies emergent situations and initiates resuscitation measures as warranted and manages conscious sedation in adult patients
