Job Description:
Accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the neonate and adult female patient in an obstetrical care area. Demonstrates the ability to work with the patient=s growth, developmental and psychosocial needs specific to each population being served, and meets standards of quality as measured by the QI process. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the RN supervises LPN's, PCA/NT, and Unit Secretaries in maintaining standards in accordance with the goals and objectives of the department.


Experience:
CPR Required

NRP Certification required (must be obtained within six months of employment)

Florida RN license

Bachelors Degree Preferred
